The following are our processes that our apparels undergo to provide 100% satisfactory to our customers
YARN PURCHASING
Yarn is a long continuous length of interlocked fibers, used in sewing, knitting, weaving, embroidery, ropemaking, and as for the production of our textiles.Hence, we concentrate on purchasing the good quality yarns to provide quality guaranteed textiles to our customer.
KNITTING
Our most sophisticated and modern knitting machines are
capable of providing the most intricate knitting designs / patterns. With well experienced Knitting processors we are able to provide sophisticated service to our clients.
COMPACTING
Compaction is a finishing process used to minimize shrinking in textiles. Textile products that are loosely woven or knitted shrink more, whereas tightly knitted and woven products are more stable. The structure of knitted fabrics is competitively loose and flexible.
CUTTING
Cutting is separating of the garment into its components and in a general form, it is the production process of separating (sectioning, curving, severing) a spread into garment parts that are the precise size and shape of the pattern pieces on a marker.
DYEING
Dyeing process is the interaction between a dye and a fiber, as well as the movement of dye into the internal part of the fiber. Generally, a dyeing process involves adsorption ( transfer of dyes from the aqueous solution onto the fiber surface) and diffusion (dyes diffused into the fiber).
FUSING
Fusing is done by continuous fusing machine where the heat is applied from both sides of fabric. In this process, two pairs of fabrics are fused i.e. the two interlinings are placed between or in the middle of two fabrics of apparel.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. We do embroidery as per customer requirement.
PRINTING
Textile printing is the process of applying color to fabric in definite patterns or designs. In properly printed fabrics the color is bonded with the fiber, so as to resist washing and friction. Textile printing is related to dyeing.
STICHING
Stitching is the process whereby fabric is fashioned into a finished product by means of different sewing techniques. The stitching stage holds extreme significance to ensure that the product takes its shape according to requirements. In itself a highly specialized field.
TESTING

IRONING
Ironing is the most important finishing process in the readymade garments sector which is done by subjecting a cloth to heat and pressure with or without steam to remove unwanted creases and to impart a flat appearance to the garments. All our garments undergo this process.
TAGGING
Tagging is the process where the fabric is gathered before wash with a plastic tag using a tagging machine. Then when wash is done with the tag attached, the color will stay in the creases. The color shading is permanent. This process would give the perfect apparel without crease.
COVERING
Packing/Covering is a process in manufacturing apparel field to retain the apparels non-creasy surface with the help of thin cardboard textile sheets by folding and wrapping in polythene covers to protect it from surface dusts and to maintain its quality.
PACKING
Box packing is the final process where the wholesome amount of apparels are placed in a cardboard boxes that contain n numbers of apparel which helps distributing the huge amount of apparels on one go.
